I remember the time few years ago when, if you looked to have your own website for personal or business use, you had either to be good in web-design, photography optimization and/or flash sites creation or to search for a advertising company which could create your website in few days or several months ( depending on the site complexity).

What is important though, is what you are looking for at the end since not all the templates which can be found will satisfy all your needs from the website optimisation to the design and quality of site structure.
