What is important in implementing your business strategy?

The first is, as you know already, the customer needs and desire which for you should ask yourself in every moment why should customers buy from you?
The 2nd is the culture of your company. You should think about what are your values and how do you work. After are the processes and the internal structure. These refers to all your internal procedures which defines the way and the tools which are used for doing your job well.
The next ones can be classified as being on the same level. Once you know what is your culture and behaviors and you defined the procedures you should have some indicators for performance measurements in order to be able to measure your work results and to understand how you can be rewarded. Of course your performance depends also on your leaders support and on what strategy commitments were established.
So these 6 dimensions ( customer desire, culture of your company, processes and structure, performance measurements, support from your leaders and strategy commitments) define the attitude and the trend of your business. Without having them clearly defined and known by the entire structure of your business you will not be able to supply quality services or products to your customers.
