The summer seems to be a death period for the Internet activity and this is caused I think by the fact that everybody throw away their PC’s and laptops and search for relaxing away from the normal and daily activity. From the beginning of summer I observed that the number of visits decreased from a day to another and of course also the number of top search keys. Therefor could be a favorabile period for the web masters to prepare their website for autumn when things will be back to normal. You know what it says: buy in the summer the slide plate and during the winter the cart.

What is important in implementing your business strategy?

In almost every business there are 6 dimensions of the company strategy implementation which are or should be in any case linked together.

The first is, as you know already, the customer needs and desire which for you should ask yourself in every moment why should customers buy from you?

The 2nd is the culture of your company. You should think about what are your values and how do you work. After are the processes and the internal structure. These refers to all your internal procedures which defines the way and the tools which are used for doing your job well.

The next ones can be classified as being on the same level. Once you know what is your culture and behaviors and you defined the procedures you should have some indicators for performance measurements in order to be able to measure your work results and to understand how you can be rewarded. Of course your performance depends also on your leaders support and on what strategy commitments were established.

So these 6 dimensions ( customer desire, culture of your company, processes and structure, performance measurements, support from your leaders and strategy commitments) define the attitude and the trend of your business. Without having them clearly defined and known by the entire structure of your business you will not be able to supply quality services or products to your customers.

Once upon a time in the land of Arabia Felix (or in Ethiopia, if an Ethiopian is telling the story), there lived a goatherd named Kaldi. Kaldi was a sober, responsible goatherd whose goats were also sober, if not responsible. One night, Kaldi’s goats failed to come home, and in the morning he found them dancing with abandoned glee near a shiny, dark-leafed shrub with red berries. Kaldi soon determined that it was the red berries on the shiny, dark-leafed shrub that caused the goats’ eccentric behavior, and soon he was dancing too.

Finally, a learned imam from a local monastery came by, sleepily, no doubt, on his way to prayer. He saw the goats dancing, Kaldi dancing, and the shiny, dark-leafed shrub with the red berries. Being of a more systematic turn of mind than the goats or Kaldi, the learned imam subjected the red berries to various experimental examinations, one of which involved parching and boiling. Soon, neither the imam nor his fellows fell asleep at prayers, and the use of coffee spread from monastery to monastery, throughout Arabia Felix (or Ethiopia), and from there to the rest of the world. I am not sure if there was made a top of the best nightclubs around the world, but I must say that it will be very interesting to find out what criteria are considered by every individual when they made their choice. In my options I consider first of all the atmosphere, the music and of course the drink and company. But every of these criteria depends and are different from region to region and from country to country since depends of the traditions, mentality and the culture of that zone. If you know where to find such information’s, club web sites and top of night clubs all around the world please post them here or, why not, just share with us in this topic what is your options regarding your favorite nightclub. It might be interesting to know what thinks the night life lovers from England and what those from USA for example.
